I'm currently studying at SC4 and plan to major in English. Right now I write science-fiction and adventure, although, as I'm sure you can guess from my covers, I've dabbled in different genres. Between NaNoWriMo 2011 and 2012 I'm rewriting my Nanovel from 2010, Nexus. Although it began as a huge, 190,000 word mess, I have hopes for it. (Hopes = an expectation that by the time I'm through it won't be complete trash.) What I'd really like to do is get the second draft rewrite done before this November, so I can put all my concentration on writing my first mystery (I'm scared). Aside from writing, I read, bike, and create art of varying merit. Meanwhile I preside over (instigate?) the chaos that is the Squibs writing group, and eat a lot of chocolate.
